Genz-29155

Genz-29155 is a novel, small molecule, orally bioavailable, 1x daily novel inhibitor of TNF-α signaling. Proof of concept has been demonstrated in multiple models of transplantation rejection, multiple sclerosis (MS), sepsis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and lupus. To date 61 normal volunteers have been exposed to Genz-29155 and Genzyme desires to bring Genz-29155 back to the clinic in 2010. Genz-29155 is covered by issued patents and multiple kilograms of drug substance are also available. Genzyme seeks a development and commercialization partner to explore the potential of developing Genz-29155 more broadly and rapidly than we could do alone.

For additional information please contact the GENZ-29155 Program to learn how to receive a non-confidential data package.

More detailed preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and intellectual property information is available after execution of a Confidential Disclosure Agreement and expression of interest.
