Genzyme is committed to fully complying with all environmental laws, regulations, and permits that apply to our facilities and operations. We take our impact on the environment very seriously and our strong track record of performance and compliance demonstrates our commitment.
Each of Genzyme’s manufacturing and laboratory facilities monitors and reports on compliance history, including regulatory non-compliance events in which there is written correspondence with an agency, such as a notice of violation or enforcement action.
